2. What is the difference between 12V, 24V and 51.2V LiFePO4 batteries?

These are different battery-system voltage classes.

- A 12V LiFePO4 battery normally has approximately 12.8V nominal voltage and uses a 4S configuration.
- A 24V LiFePO4 battery normally has approximately 25.6V nominal voltage and uses an 8S configuration.
- A 48V-class LiFePO4 battery normally has approximately 51.2V nominal voltage and uses a 16S configuration.

The correct voltage should match the battery input range and requirements of your inverter or electrical system.

3. Which cells does Voltpro Energy use?

Depending on the battery model, Voltpro Energy uses A-Grade LiFePO4 cells from manufacturers including EVE and Gotion.

Examples include EVE 100Ah LF-100 cells and EVE 314Ah MB31 cells. The 12.8V 27Ah battery uses Gotion A-Grade cells.

Cell specifications such as capacity, internal resistance and cycle-life rating vary by model.

4. What EVE LiFePO4 cells are available from Voltpro Energy?

Voltpro Energy currently offers EVE LiFePO4 cells including:

- EVE LF-100 – 3.2V 100Ah
- EVE MB31 – 3.2V 314Ah

The EVE LF-100 is specified at 6000+ cycles with approximately 0.28mΩ internal resistance, while the MB31 314Ah cell is specified at 8000 cycles with approximately 0.19mΩ internal resistance under the stated test conditions.

5. What is the energy capacity of a LiFePO4 battery?

Battery energy is approximately calculated as:

Nominal Voltage × Ah Capacity = Nominal Energy

Examples:

- 12.8V 100Ah = 1.28kWh
- 12.8V 200Ah = 2.56kWh
- 12.8V 314Ah = 4.02kWh
- 25.6V 100Ah = 2.56kWh

Actual usable energy depends on BMS settings, depth of discharge, inverter efficiency, temperature and operating conditions.

6. How much backup can a Voltpro Energy LiFePO4 battery provide?

Backup time depends on the actual load and system efficiency.

As a general example, a 25.6V 200Ah / 5.12kWh battery may provide approximately:

The JK-B1A8S10P supports 4S–8S battery packs, while the JK-PB1A16S10P is designed for 8S–16S inverter battery applications.

10. Which JK BMS has 0.6A active balancing?

The JK-BD6A24S10P is a 100A Smart BMS with 0.6A active balancing.

It supports 8S–24S battery packs and can be used for LiFePO4, lithium-ion and LTO battery applications, including suitable 24V, 48V, 60V and 72V battery systems.

11. Which JK BMS has 2A active balancing?

Several high-current Voltpro Energy battery configurations use 2A active balancing, including B2A8S20P, B28S20P and PB2A16S20P configurations.

These BMS systems are rated around 200A continuous current, with peak ratings depending on the specific model and battery configuration.

12. Which Voltpro Energy battery uses the TDT-1001 BMS?

The 51.2V 314Ah LiFePO4 Battery uses the TDT-1001 Smart Inverter BMS.

26. What warranty does Voltpro Energy provide?

Eligible Voltpro Energy battery products are covered by a 5-Year Warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

The warranty is structured as:

First 2 Years – Parts Replacement Warranty

Eligible manufacturing defects may be covered through replacement of applicable defective parts after inspection and warranty approval.

Next 3 Years – Service Warranty

During years 3–5, eligible covered issues may receive inspection, troubleshooting, repair, servicing or technical assistance according to the applicable warranty conditions.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect charging, incorrect BMS/inverter settings, physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modification or operation outside specified limits.

27. Does Voltpro Energy provide battery repair and upgrade services?

Yes. Voltpro Energy provides:

For example, the 25.6V 100Ah battery supports up to 10 batteries in parallel, subject to compatible BMS configuration, inverter capability, protection equipment, cabling and proper installation.
